Holborn Dining Room Executive Head Chef Calum Franklin has kept London foodies talking with his artful creations including his Pithiviers, Pâtés en Croûte, and quintessentially British sausage rolls available at Holborn Dining Room and Holborn Delicatessen. Now Chef Calum takes on the traditional pie with a heightened focus on technique and craftsmanship.  The seasonal pie series begins with Lamb curry pie consisting of slow cooked shoulder made with mutton, potato and traditional curry spice mix.
