Pie & Wellington Masterclasses

Learn the art of pie making with the master himself, Executive Chef, Calum Franklin.

Put your pastry skills to the test in a 2 ½-hour, hands-on masterclass, where you will learn how to make a pork pie or beef wellington.


Begin with a welcome coffee and briefing from Calum, before entering the charming Pie Room where you will be taught how to make and decorate your own masterpiece from scratch. After the hard work is over, enjoy a refreshing G&T at the Gin Bar, whilst our team set the scene for your candlelit 3-course dinner in The Pie Room. A picture of your masterclass, an apron, recipes and your own cooked pie creations will be ready on departure, enabling you to take your experience home with you.

Create a beef wellington from scratch in an intimate masterclass with Executive Chef, Calum Franklin. Learn intricate pastry techniques and cooking tips to create the perfect wellington.
