London Food Month

As part of London Food Month, renowned chef and pastry-whizz Calum Franklin will host two special pie-making masterclasses at his restaurant Holborn Dining Room on Sunday 18th and 25th June. Much lauded by Grace Dent in her recent review, guests will have the opportunity to learn how to create a pie with Calum himself. Famed for his expertise in constructing beautifully intricate pastry creations, Grace declared the restaurant worthy of a ‘standing ovation’ and that she could ‘happily spend an eternity eating Calum Franklin’s pies’.  Attendees also have the option to stay for dinner to enjoy a three course pastry-focused menu created by Calum and served with accompanying wines.

The masterclass will take place from 4-6pm, with dinner being served afterwards. Tickets are priced at £100 for the class only, and at £150 with dinner as well. Holborn Dining Room is the grand contemporary British brasserie located within Rosewood London.
